A governed cloud coding agent for teams

Deploy it once for the whole team, with one set of credentials and one set of rules.
Every model and tool call is checked against a policy. Calls that need approval wait until someone on the team approves them.
Sessions are kept on the server. They survive crashes, and anyone on the team can pick one up from any client.
